Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Return Process

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer after confirmation

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for damaged or incorrect items only

Replacement products are dispatched once the returned item is approved
Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item)
